Jason Poonoosamy
Chief Executive Officer
Jason is the CEO and co-founder of Simplifi Data Management. Prior to this he served as Deputy CEO for Europe’s largest and fastest growing governance, risk and compliance firm, having co-founded the company in 2013. During this time, he played a pivotal role in the company’s thirteen acquisitions, two changes of private equity owners, and 11x return for shareholders. He is both entrepreneurial and strategic and has a keen interest in all areas of asset management, data, and technology.
Over the course of his 25 year's industry experience, Jason has gained diverse expertise right across the asset management sector. His C-suite, technology, governance, operational, and product roles have been gained by working for asset owners, asset managers, and asset servicers.
Jason is a Chartered Financial Analyst, has a Graduate Diploma in Technology, and attained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Adrien is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Simplifi Data Management. Adrien has wealth of technology experience, having founded a software development firm that focuses exclusively on the investment management industry. With over 25 years of experience in financial technology and enterprise data architecture, Adrien brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure, and intelligent data platforms.
Prior to joining Simplifi, Adrien held senior technology leadership roles at a variety of fintech and startup companies where he spearheaded the development of high-performance solutions for asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Under Adrien’s leadership, his teams have built a range of products, including a portfolio management system, trading platform, and the first online credit platform in South America.
Adrien holds a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mary McNulty
Head of Customer Success
Mary is the Head of Customer Success at Simplifi, where she focuses on customer data requirements and the development and delivery of robust solutions. She has over 20 years of investment industry experience and a passion for all things data related.
Prior to Simplifi, Mary was the Head of Core Product and Platform at State Street where she led the delivery of their flagship proprietary investment data analytics solution which serviced a comprehensive range of asset owners and asset managers. Under Mary’s leadership, the platform’s assets increased by 93% in 6 years to $32 trillion through the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and established frameworks such as agile development.
Mary has a deep knowledge and first-hand experience of delivering data solutions to empower businesses, whether it be in the areas of market risk, operational resilience, AML / KYC, or ESG.
Mary has obtained honours-level qualifications in finance and the Irish Stock Exchange's registered representative exams, while also being a graduate of Trinity College Dublin.
